# Book a job for an existing service location in the ServiceTitan Field Mobile App

## Overview

Book a new job for an existing service location and customer in the Field Mobile App. This allows for quick upsells and accurate logging to reduce office workload.

- If you're using the Field Mobile App and need support, please contact [Technical Support](http://go.servicetitan.com/ask) (through the office) or reach out directly to [support@servicetitan.com](mailto:support@servicetitan.com).
- The *Book job* permission is required to book jobs for yourself in the Field Mobile App. Please contact the account administrator on your team.

- You can also book jobs for new service locations if the location record doesn't already exist in ServiceTitan. ## Book a job from an existing service location in the Field Mobile App

1. 2. On the *Account* screen that opens, tap **Book a Job** (Residential) or **Create a Work Order** (Commercial).

3. On the *Book Job/Create Work Order* screen that opens, use the *Search* box to find the service location. You can search by name, location, phone number, or email address.
4. 5. On the screen that opens, enter the required job details:
  - Job Type
  - Business Unit
  - Marketing Campaign
  - Priority
  - Start Date & Time
  - Arrival Window
  - Summary (Optional)
  - Send booking confirmation (Optional)
6. If your office has enabled the *Leave Unassigned* permission for you, an *Assigned Technician* field appears in the booking flow. The field defaults to you. To leave the job unassigned for dispatcher routing, tap the field and select **Unassigned**. When finished, tap **Book Job/Create Work Order**.

> **Note:** If the *Leave Unassigned* permission is not enabled for your account, the *Assigned Technician* field does not appear and jobs continue to be automatically assigned to you when you tap **Book Job/Create Work Order**.
