# Basic Phones - Outbound Calls Not Working

## Problem

Users in the office are experiencing a 15-second delay when making outbound calls, and then the call drops.

## Solution

1. Try switching out your office phone number for your cell phone number and see if you can make an outbound call.
  1. If the call still experiences a delay and the call drops, contact [Technical Support](http://go.servicetitan.com/ask).
2. If the test call is successful, switch the phone number back to the representative's office phone and retest it.
