# Basic Phones - Deleting Call Recordings

## Problem

You need to delete a Call Recording and aren't sure how to do it.

## Solution

At this time, you can't delete a call recording through ServiceTitan. Contact [Technical Support](http://go.servicetitan.com/ask) to request the deletion of the call recording.

> [!NOTE]
> **Note:** The call recording will be removed, but the record of the call will still be available.

Automatic recording of all inbound and outbound calls logged against the customer record in ServiceTitan.

**What it does:** Provides a permanent, searchable audio record for dispute resolution, training, and quality assurance.
