# Attach a photo to a purchase order

## Problem

You need to attach a picture to a PO.

## Solution

### Attach a photo to a purchase order

1. In the main navigation bar, click on **Purchasing or Inventory**
2. In the left side menu, click on **Purchase Orders**
3. Locate the PO and click on the PO number hyperlink in the *P.O No.* column
4. The PO details page opens. Click on the **Actions** dropdown and select **Edit**.
5. Click on the **Upload File** button.
6. Choose the picture you wish to attach and select **Open**.
7. Click **Save**.
