# All of the forwarding numbers are dropping out after a few seconds

## Problem

The customer reported that all of their forwarding numbers were dropping out after a few seconds. The call bubbles turn gray when the call drops.

## Solution

1. Verify if the call bubbles are still generated when the calls are dropping.
2. Run test calls to check where the issue is coming from.
3. 4. Call the forwarding number to see what happens from your end.
5. If the test is successful, the issue is resolved.
6. If the issue is coming from your forwarding number, contact your phone provider.
