# Add equipment, location, and form findings to estimates in the ServiceTitan Field Mobile App

## Overview

If your account is configured for it, you can create an estimate while creating an [equipment](/construction/docs/create-an-equipment-finding-in-the-servicetitan-field-mobile-app) or [location](/construction/docs/create-a-location-finding-in-the-servicetitan-field-mobile-app) finding or attach findings to an existing estimate. This allows you, the office, and your customer to know why you made those recommendations based on your findings. Review your findings with the customer so they can decide which estimate to authorize.

## Create an estimate from a template while creating a finding in the Field Mobile App

1. Create an [equipment](/construction/docs/create-an-equipment-finding-in-the-servicetitan-field-mobile-app) finding or a general [location](/construction/docs/create-a-location-finding-in-the-servicetitan-field-mobile-app) finding.
2. After you enter the required information for the finding, tap **Save & Create Estimate**.
3. 4. 5. 6. On the *Estimates* screen that opens, [present the proposal](/construction/docs/add-equipment-location-form-findings-estimates-servicetitan-field-mobile-app#review-findings-while-presenting-estimates-in-the-field-mobile-app) to the customer.

## Create a custom estimate while creating a finding in the Field Mobile App

1. Create an [equipment](/construction/docs/create-an-equipment-finding-in-the-servicetitan-field-mobile-app) finding or a general [location](/construction/docs/create-a-location-finding-in-the-servicetitan-field-mobile-app) finding.
2. After you enter the required information for the finding, tap **Save & Create Estimate**.
3. 4. 5. 6. On the *Estimates* screen that opens, [present the proposal](https://help.servicetitan.com/#review-findings-while-presenting-estimates-in-the-field-mobile-app) to the customer.

## Add a finding to an existing estimate while creating a finding in the Field Mobile App

1. Create an [equipment](/construction/docs/create-an-equipment-finding-in-the-servicetitan-field-mobile-app) finding or a general [location](/construction/docs/create-a-location-finding-in-the-servicetitan-field-mobile-app) finding.
2. After you enter the required information for the finding, tap **Save & Create Estimate**.
3. 4. 5. On the *Estimates* screen that opens, [present the proposal](/construction/docs/add-equipment-location-form-findings-estimates-servicetitan-field-mobile-app#review-findings-while-presenting-estimates-in-the-field-mobile-app) to the customer.

## Add a finding to an existing estimate in the Field Mobile App

1. Open the **estimate** you want to add an existing finding to.
2. Tap **Edit** or **Add** next to *Findings*.
3. On the *Findings* screen that opens, tap **Add** and select one of the following options:
  - **Create finding:** Create an [equipment](/construction/docs/create-an-equipment-finding-in-the-servicetitan-field-mobile-app) finding or a general [location](/construction/docs/create-a-location-finding-in-the-servicetitan-field-mobile-app) finding.
  - **Create finding from form:** Create an equipment finding from a form or a general location finding from a form.

> [!NOTE]
> **Note:** The *View forms* permission is required to create a finding from a form. Please contact the account administrator on your team.

## Review findings while presenting estimates in the Field Mobile App

1. Open your job and tap the **Estimates** tab.
2. Tap **Present Proposal**.
3.
