For example, you can separate your print and digital campaigns into those respective categories to decide which offers a better value for the dollar to your business. --- ### #### Who uses this feature - Marketing managers, business owners, and other marketers on your team - Applies to all business types - Applies to all trades #### Feature configuration - Account configuration required. Please contact [Technical Support](/construction/docs/contact-servicetitan-technical-support) for details. ## ## Things to know - You can add and use as many categories as applied to the markets and customers you are trying to reach. - You can edit or deactivate the default campaign categories automatically included in your account․ - You can require adding a campaign category when anyone adds or edits a campaign. The person editing the campaign is required to add a campaign category. ## Add a campaign category 1. In the side panel, click **Operations > Campaign Categories**. 3. Add a name for the campaign category then click **Save**. In the side panel, click **Operations > Campaign Categories**. 3. Find the campaign you want and click **Edit**. Edit your content as needed. When you’re done, click **Save**. ## Deactivate and Activate a campaign category 1. In the side panel, click **Operations > Campaign Categories**. 3. Find the campaign you want and click **Edit**. The *Edit Campaign* page opens. 4. In the side panel, click **Operations > Campaign Categories**. 3. Deselect **Active** and select **Inactive**. 5.
