This allows you to compare the performance of each category and identify which delivers the best return on investment (ROI) for your business. --- ### #### Make sure you’re viewing the correct Marketing Pro content This article is for Marketing Pro v2. If you are using Marketing Pro, see [Add and use campaign categories](/construction/docs/add-and-use-campaign-categories) for content specific to your experience. You can check your version following these steps: 1. If the side menu under Analytics includes One-Time Campaigns and Automated Campaigns, you're using [Marketing Pro v2](/v1/docs/marketing-pro-v2). Please contact [Technical Support](http://go.servicetitan.com/ask) for details. ## Things to know - You can edit or deactivate the default campaign categories automatically included in your account. - You can require a campaign category to be added when a campaign is created or edited. Existing campaigns will not be affected until they are edited. Go to the navigation bar and click **Marketing ![](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/add-and-use-campaign-categories-image-jvj3g0mp.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-30T23%3A46%3A52Z&se=2026-10-31T00%3A46%3A52Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=1S5VG1jzxhMBz28%2FlxjjgoUuYFmpRNu%2FnWxxn0iQEXU%3D)**. 2. In the side menu, go to **Campaigns > Campaign Manager** and click the **Campaign Categories** tab. 3. Click **Add Category**. 4. In the *Edit Campaign Category* pop-up that opens, enter the **Campaign Category Name**. 5. In the side menu, go to **Campaigns > Campaign Manager** and click the **Campaign Categories** tab. 3. When finished, click **Save**. ## Archive a campaign category 1. In the side menu, go to **Campaigns > Campaign Manager** and click the **Campaign Categories** tab. 3. In the side menu, go to **Campaigns > Campaign Manager** and click the **Campaign Categories** tab. 3.
