These desk phones are included in the list of recommended devices for Phones Pro and offer optimal performance with Dialpad. Adding a new phone may vary depending on whether you got it from Dialpad or purchased it from a third party. If you purchased the desk phone from Dialpad, it is ready to activate with Dialpad right away. If you purchased the phone elsewhere, you can still use it with Dialpad, but you might need to take extra steps to set it up. --- ### #### Who uses this feature - Administrators - Applies to all business types #### Feature configuration - To get started with Phones Pro, request a demo on our [Pro Products page](https://www.servicetitan.com/features/pro), or reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Pro Account Manager. ## Things to know - Before getting started, ensure the phone is plugged into the network with an ethernet-wired connection and not Wi-Fi. - The computer must be on the same network as the phone. - Ensure your device is listed among the [recommended hardware for Phones Pro](/construction/docs/get-the-recommended-hardware-for-phones-pro) and the firmware is up to date before you try to connect the desk phone. - If the phone was previously used with another service provider before configuring it to Dialpad, you must factory reset and provision it to clear out any conflicting settings or data. - You can assign a desk phone to one individual only. If the phone is assigned to a different person, remove it and reassign it to the correct employee account. ## Add a Polycom x50 Series (OBi Edition) desk phone To add a Polycom x50 Series desk phone bought from Dialpad: 1.
