# Access check deposits reports in SmartPay

## Overview

Check deposits reports can be viewed to reconcile bank account information.

- Account configuration is required to use this feature. Please contact [Technical Support](http://go.servicetitan.com/ask) for details.
- Permissions for *Payments* are required to use this feature. Please contact the account administrator on your team.

## Access check deposits

To access check deposit reports in SmartPay, complete the following:

1. Log into SmartPay.
2. 3. 4. Scroll down the list of reports on the right and click **Credits and Debits to Your Merchant Settlement Account**. 5. Enter the date range for the report. Then, click **Get Batches**. 6. > **Note:** The customer name and invoice will not display if the check was processed as a Mobile Check Capture.

A batch, or invoice batch, is a set of invoices that have been audited and are ready to post. You will use the Invoice screen in ServiceTitan to create invoice batches. On the Invoice screen, you'll have access to unbatched and batched invoices.
