Problem
After inserting HTML code to add an image to a Pricebook item description and saving it, the image disappears upon refreshing the page.
Solution
Note: Depending on your account's configuration, you might see one or more of the following:
Items and Pricing instead of Pricebook.
Customer instead of Homeowner.
Procurement instead of Inventory.
The names are different, but everything works the same way. For more, see Commercial Personalization Platform - FAQ.
Go to the pricebook item where you want to add an image.
Click Edit.
Scroll down to the Picture section.
Click Upload to select an image from your computer.
Click Save to save the changes.
Note: ServiceTitan does not support adding images to the description field by HTML code. The unsupported code is being stripped automatically during saving. We recommend using the picture uploading section to add images to pricebook items.
