Problem
Discounts don’t apply to some estimate items. While certain items calculate the discount correctly, others do not.
Solution
Note: Depending on your account's configuration, you might see one or more of the following:
Items and Pricing instead of Pricebook.
Customer instead of Homeowner.
Procurement instead of Inventory.

Allow discounts codes
Go to the navigation bar and click Pricebook.
In the side menu, click Services.
Find the item that won’t accept the discount.
Click Actions
and select the View/Edit Service option.
Check the box next to Allow Discounts Codes.
When finished, click Save.
