Solution Confirm Your Settings and Build the Estimate Open ServiceTitan.
Go to the call booking screen.
Look for the option to Build Estimate . If you do not see the Build Estimate option, contact your administrator and see Set up estimate creation when booking a job .
Return to the Call Booking screen and enter a Service Location.
Click Build Estimate .
Follow the prompts to complete your estimate.
This process lets you create an estimate for a customer which can either be sold from the office or attached to a new job you're booking for a technician to go out on. If you need to sell the estimate later, see How to convert an estimate that is not linked to a job into a Sold estimate .
A sales tech sells an estimate.

A service, maintenance, or install tech sells an estimate.

A CSR sells an estimate over the phone.
Let's say the estimate total is below the sold threshold (the customer wants to schedule the work, but hasn't fully decided).
