Access Community
Go to community.servicetitan.com to access our new Community.
You can also access Community from the profile icon in the top navigation of ServiceTitan or from the ServiceTitan Help feature.
Access the ServiceTitan Community
There are 2 ways to access the ServiceTitan Community:
From your ServiceTitan account:
Go to the navigation bar.
Click your user profile.
Click Community.
From Community.servicetitan.com:
Click Sign In.
Click ServiceTitan Customer.
Enter the same credentials used for your ServiceTitan account and click Sign In.
Note: The first time you sign in to the ServiceTitan Community, you will be required to set up your user name and accept the Service in compliance with the ServiceTitan Community guidelines and Agreement.
