Use the segment details to review key performance indicators (KPIs), view member information, and track the history of contact updates. This information helps you improve the targeting of your campaigns.

You can check your version following these steps:
Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing
.If the side menu under Analytics includes One-Time Campaigns and Automated Campaigns, you're using Marketing Pro v2. If these options aren't visible, you're using Marketing Pro.

You can associate segments with multiple members.
Performance data is aggregated across all locations linked to a contact.
Acquisition Segment Detail overview
To get a granular look at a specific acquisition segment's performance and associated members:
Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing
.In the side menu, go to Audiences > Acquisition Segments.
Click a segment to view its details.

On the segment details screen that opens, you can track:
Total Segment Count: Reach of the latest execution for the segment.
Existing Customers: Total count of existing customers in the segment.
Final Segment Count: Calculated as Total Segment Count - Existing Customers.
Applied Filters: Total number of filters applied to the segment.
Tip: Click Applied Filters to view the filters applied to the segment.

View Members table information
In the Members table, you can find your segment members' physical addresses, property type, and customer status.

Retention Segment Detail overview
To get a granular look at a specific retention segment's performance and associated members:
Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing
.In the side menu, go to Audiences > Retention Segments.
Click an active segment to view its details.
Note: If you click a draft segment, you'll be taken to the segment builder screen.
On the segment details screen that opens, you can track:
Total Segment Count: Reach of the latest execution for the segment.
Actual Email Reach:
For Active segments, this is calculated as:
[Total Count of Distinct Emails on Accounts associated with Segment] - [Unsubscribed Emails] - [Invalid Emails].For Archived segments, this displays as: "-"
Actual Direct Mail Reach:
For Active segments, this is calculated as:
[Total Count of Accounts with a Mailing Address] / [Physical Address associated with Segment].For Archived segments, this displays as: "-"

View Members table information
In the Members table, you can find your segment members' names, email addresses, email statuses, and physical addresses.

The table includes the following email statuses:
Valid: The member's email passes validation.
Invalid: The member's email does not pass validation. For example, emails missing an @ sign.
Subscribed: The account owner clicked the Subscribe link in a Marketing Pro email from your company.
Unsubscribed: The account owner clicked the Unsubscribed link in a Marketing Pro email from your company.
You can also filter the information displayed in the table. Options include:
All: Displays all information for each member.
Email: Display only the email addresses and email status of each member.
Direct Mail: Displays only the physical address of each member.
Edit, recalculate, clone, and archive Segments
You can edit, recalculate, clone, and archive segments from the active segment's Detail screen. For more information, see Manage Marketing Pro Segments.
