Technicians can see all Estimate templates. You want them to see only the ones related to their Business Units (BUs).
Solution
This process ensures that technicians only see the proposal and estimate templates assigned to their Business Units.
Note: Depending on your account's configuration, you might see one or more of the following:
Items and Pricing instead of Pricebook.
Customer instead of Homeowner.
Procurement instead of Inventory.
The names are different, but everything works the same way. For more, see Commercial Personalization Platform - FAQ.
Go to Pricebook.
Click on Templates.
Select Proposal templates.
Find the template you want to edit. Click Edit.
Click on View Edit Details.
Look for the option to Add BU.
Choose the Business Unit you want to assign to the template.
Click Save.
