Speed up equipment data entry with the new OCR Auto-Mapping feature that fills in key fields automatically: Before, scanning equipment nameplates with OCR still meant tapping each box to enter data. Now, with the power of TI, fields like serial number, model, and manufacturer auto-fill right away. You can still manually adjust the values if needed. Office employees
Start jobs faster and avoid timecard errors with the new Auto-Arrive by Device Location feature: This helps technicians stay focused on their work by automatically updating their job status based on GPS. Before, technicians had to manually mark themselves as Arrived, which often led to missed updates and delays in dispatch.
