Accept card payments faster and with fewer errors using the new Payment Readers – ID TECH and BBPOS: You no longer need to type in card details by hand, which used to cause mistakes and extra fees. Approve or dispute payroll directly in the Field Mobile App: Before, you couldn’t sign off on payroll in the Field Mobile App, so offices handled disputes manually. Now, you will see a prompt in the app and can quickly review payroll, submit disputes, and approve if all looks good, cutting down on back-and-forth. Track daily mileage right from your mobile timesheet with the Mileage Tracking on Timesheets feature with Fleet Pro: Before, mileage was logged manually or pulled from back-office systems you couldn’t check yourself. Now, mileage auto-populates from Fleet Pro and shows up in your timesheet, so you know it’s recorded. This helps with payroll accuracy, avoids overpayments, and supports job costing and billing.
Note: This feature is only compatible with Fleet Pro GPS Timekeeping Integration and Flexible Timekeeping.
